Raymond obtained his bachelor’s degree in sociology from Simon Fraser University in 2015 after moving to Canada from the Philippines. After obtaining his degree, he volunteered with Access Pro Bono and Amici Curiae Friends of Court, which sparked his interest in law. Raymond went on to complete the paralegal program at Capilano University in 2018 and has worked on both the plaintiff and defence side of personal injury law. He is currently working towards completing his master's degree in counselling psychology where he hopes to one day work specifically with members of the legal profession. When not working on either of these pursuits, he enjoys travelling, writing music, and playing his guitar.
