Shabana has a wealth of experience in Family Law, Civil Litigation, Insurance Defence, Criminal Law, Child Protection, and Judicial Review. An experienced trial lawyer at all levels of court in BC, Shabana will provide straightforward advice focusing on the big picture but cognizant of the complexities of each case. She takes a strategic approach to each new file and will keep you well informed throughout the litigation process. Shabana was born and raised in Vancouver and then graduated from the University of Victoria before obtaining her law degree from the University of Southampton in England. She ran her own firm and worked in boutique firms in the Lower Mainland before joining Carraig Law Group as a partner in 2021. Outside the office, Shabana enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family.
