Kevin joined the team as an Articled Student in 2023 dealing primarily with general civil litigation, family law, personal injury, and refugee protection. After completing a secondment in Criminal and Administrative law at two Downtown Boutique Criminal Law firms, he was called to the BC Bar in June 2024. Kevin has appeared in the Supreme Court of BC and the Provincial Court of BC. He has successfully negotiated out-of-court settlements, represented clients in mediated disputes, and he takes pride in finding practical solutions to difficult legal issues. Prior to joining Carraig Law Group, Kevin read law at Queen's University Belfast. He completed his undergraduate degree at Western University and studied abroad at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. He has volunteered for Legal Aid BC and as a Victims Support Worker in Northern Ireland. He is the co-author of “ADR Training: Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Workbook” published in 2022 by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and Aspen Publishing. Kevin was a member of the Varsity Wrestling at Western University team for four years and outside of work he continues to be actively involved in the wrestling community as a coach.
