Kevin has joined the Carraig Law Group team as an Articling Student and his practice areas include family law, civil litigation, personal injury law and immigration law. He has appeared on behalf of clients in the Supreme Court of BC and the Provincial Court of BC. Kevin has successfully negotiated out of court settlements and takes pride in finding practical solutions to difficult legal issues. Prior to joining Carraig Law Group, Kevin attended Queen's University Belfast - School of Law where he was the recipient of the Law Society prize for the highest overall grade in the School of Law on a dissertation or research module. He also studied abroad at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. From 2021-2022 Kevin volunteered with Legal Aid BC and in 2020 he volunteered as a Victims Support Worker in Northern Ireland. He is the Co-founder of the Transatlantic Negotiation Competition and was the Director and Vice-president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society at Queens University from 2020-2022. To add to his many accomplishments, Kevin is the co-author of “ADR Training: Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Workbook” published in 2022 by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and Aspen Publishing. During his time at Western University, Kevin was a member of the Varsity Wrestling team for four years and outside of work he continues to be actively involved in the wrestling community as a Wrestling Coach.
