Brogan practices general litigation, with a focus on LGBTQ+ law, family law, and civil sexual assault law. Before joining Carraig Law Group as an associate, Brogan litigated in the Okanagan and West Kootenays and took law degrees from the University of Oxford and Allard Hall at the University of British Columbia. As a queer man, Brogan prides himself on offering his clients strategic, cost-effective, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental litigation advice. Out of the office, Brogan skis, plays the piano, and volunteers as the Board President of a Kelowna-based harm-reduction/HIV/AIDS charity.
